Open in Qube 3.0.1 beta released!

Dear Qubes community,
I've released a new version of "Open in Qube" (aka qubes-url-redirector) [v3.0.1_beta] because I fixed a bug in a function (makeUrl) that simplify the build process of a whitelisted entry. The announce about the previous release is at [v3.0_beta post].

### Upgrade
The upgrade process is the same of installation (on the updated repo).
## Firefox
On Firefox every entry is preserved. Furthermore each entry affected by this bug will be converted to the correct one. So no user interaction is needed.
## Chrome/ium
Unfortunately on Chrome/ium you need to repopulate the whitelist (due to the packaging process, I also fixed this behavior for future release).
