Feature: Update repo cache

When you have several templates, updating them all can be a long
process. They each have to download latest package lists and download
the same packages for eachother.

I wonder how feasible it would be to have the UpdateVM cache packages.

Thoughts?

There is tinyproxy in netvm for it, but it is only to filter traffic, not
cache. AFAIR tinyproxy isn't even capable of caching...
