It would be a good idea to get out ahead of this and debate which
browser should be included with the default qubes installation as that
is what most users will use - I don't believe that security should
require lots of "use this program, tweak that and that and that" type of
obscure knowledge.

Waterfox or icecat are my suggestions, the first being one that directly
advertises the removal of mozilla's anti-features such as DRM and
tracking and the second being sponsored by the FSF
