[PATCH] fix vmm-xen build

Hi,

vmm-xen fails to build in a joanna git tree from this morning. I'm not
100% sure this is was is intended (I think the intent is to include only
part of the newly built xen tree), but this fixes it (check your host
for missing files :P).

Isn't that fixed in my repo already?

Thanks. I'd not updated for weeks and my builder.conf was set for
joanna's repos. Are yours usually more up to date ? If so I'll break and
restart from yours. It's still in the kernel now :S

Yeah, Marek repos are most update (and for the most adventurous only),
while qubes-r2 would be most conservative.
