Stable (R3.2) branches in repositories

Hello,

According to our release scheme [1], today we created release3.2 branches in
all relevant repositories. In about a week master branches will contain
development code of R4.0. If you'd like to continue to build R3.2, you can use
the stable builder.conf [2]:

cd builder
make COMPONENTS=builder get-sources
cp example-configs/qubes-os-r3.2.conf builder.conf
make get-sources

(instead of copying the config file, you can rerun ./setup and choose Qubes R3.2).
