New beta of Qubes VPN support project

Qubes-vpn-support aims to be a pre-packaged and easy to install method
to configure anti-leak proxyVMs for use with VPNs.
The anti-leak features are similar to the familiar Qubes vpn-doc, but
the firewall now accommodates Qubes 'Deny except' whitelists.
Also new in this version:
* Simple install script; No file editing
* Flexible installation into template or to proxyVM-only
