Users of R3.2 rc1 can just install updates, no need for full reinstall.

still having the net-vm issues ive been experiencing for 6+ months, no networking, segfaults on kernel in netvm
works fine with xen in fedora 23 and is it true KDE support has been dropped i didnt see it in the installer.....

As stated in the announcement [1]:

"Beginning with this release, we've officially switched from KDE to Xfce4,
which is now the new default desktop environment in dom0."

However, you should still be able to install KDE in dom0 from the repos, as
Joanna mentioned in #2119 [2]:

"I suggest that we promote the Xfce4 to the default GUI manager for Qubes 3.2,
starting with rc2, and get rid of the KDE from the installer ISO (still
preserving, of course, this as an optional WM, next to others we also offer
via our repos)."

ok as long as its installable, now who do i need to bribe to fix the long standing networking issue with net-vm so i can actually use Qubes again
