Suggestion: Sync local AppVM appmenus and not just the template

Currently appmenus are only synchronised from the template. In other words, applications that are installed in the template is available for selection when choosing which applications to show in the menu.

If you have locally installed applications (installed in /usr/local/share/applications), these will not be available when configuration the menu.

Would it be easy to change this so that all application are available? What needs to be done is to look at the AppVM itself and search for .desktop files in both /usr/share/applications as well as /usr/local/share/applications and $HOME/.local/applications.
