Run *.shen file from command line with SBCL implementation

I'm a little lost on figuring out how to run a shen file from the command line with the SBCL implementation. I'm pretty agnostic to the implementation language so if there's a better implementation to get for this use case I'm open to it.

Basic command I'd like is something like

shen --load my_file.shen

Which executes the file and the exits when it's done.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried shen_run but it seems to not work on OSX, which is what I'm on. It just hangs when executing and I actually have to bail out of the terminal completely to stop it. Repo looks inactive or I'd try to file an issue.
