The Shen kernel gets an official online manual

I've drawn together the doc on Shen and condensed it into a manual organised into sections.  The manual draws heavily on the materials elsewhere on the site and hence I've not retained these materials - no point in duplicating things.  The Shen OS Kernel Manual is available by clicking on the Learn Shen link on the home page.  This document is about 130 K long and has intralinks to the Shen standard Shendoc and TBoS.
