OS Shenzine

This came up in my mental todo box.  It was put forward as a suggestion and I think it is not a bad one.

The idea was to have an e-publication (Shenzine) devoted to Shen which allowed people to share code and ideas.  Initially I was going to tie it to SP, and release back copies for OS but decided that it was better as an OS publication for free download.   I think a monthly issue is stretching our resources a bit (well mine anyway) but a quarterly issue is practical.   I'm willing to act as an editor if people want that and any submissions are welcome.  You retain copyright of your submissions of course. I'll post up the issue in Hacker News and Reddit as well as relevant news groups.  Note I may deputise subeditors if the contribution is in an area outside my expertise or I'm overloaded.

The first issue is scheduled for Summer 2017, about June and we already have a couple of contributions.   Feel free to give feedback here.
