ValueError: need more than 1 value to unpack

Hi,

 

I am getting the following error while picking otus with pick_de_novo_otus.py;

ValueError: need more than 1 value to unpack

 

I am attaching my parameter file here. I would appreciate the help. My input sequence file seems normal.

Hi Jaspreet,

It looks like at the end of the file there is a weird character that is breaking the parser:

Can you remove the last line of your parameters file?
