split_otu_table.py IndexError: too many indices for array

Hello 

I want to split the OTU table using the split_otu_table.py command and i received the message error:  shared_samples = list(set(mdata[:, 0]).intersection(bt.ids(axis='sample')))

IndexError: too many indices for array... I have a high number of OTU 20 436 OTUS and 985 samples...

There is any solution to resolve this ..

Can you post the full split_otu_table.py command you ran?
