Difficulty to visualize Rarefaction curve generated by QIIME Visualization app on BaseSpace.

Hello,

Could you please help me to solve the following issue:

I have generated data from QIIME Visualization app on Illumina BaseSpace and downloaded to my personal computer to see my results. I can see my beta diversity PcoA and Barcharts. However, I am having problem to view the Rarefaction curve (only curve as I can see legends and tables). Any idea please.

This is a problem with the BaseSpace downloader, I've tried contacting the Illumina engineers numerous times but haven't heard back. We have a ticket open for this in our issue tracker.

I've reached out to the Illumina engineers numerous times now, and haven't heard any response regarding this problem. For the time being, I don't have a solution.

i got the following replay from Illumina

"QIIME in BaseSpace is a third-party app, so Illumina Technical Support is not trained on its use or troubleshooting, beyond what is available on the app description page:

As listed on that page, support for the QIIME apps is handled directly by the QIIME development group. They can be reached either through the QIIME forum (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/qiime-forum) or through the development path (https://github.com/biocore/qiime/wiki/Getting-help).

Oddly enough, I contacted them when someone first encountered this problem, and never heard back. Publicly, I've reached out to them via their forum, but they never answered. Privately, I've also contacted them numerous times, but still no solution to the problem.
