Windows 7 Error?

While attempting to install on my new computer, it simply says "Error
opening file for writing." I redownloaded the exe and got the same
error. I am logged in as Admin, and if I move my 'portable' version
from my thumb drive and just open the EXE there, it runs the program
fine... but I'd like to not operate it from my desktop, if that makes
any sense? I don't need anymore extra files cluttering it up.

Right Click on the setup file and click run program as an administrator
