cvxopt not reachable from python(x,y)

I just installed out of the box the latest version of python(x,y) with python 2.7.6 on Windows 7 64-bits platorm. When I run python shell I can not import cvxopt library. What could went wrong?
I installed it once on another PC without any problem, but now I can not find a solution.

Re-run the installer and make sure you install everything. cvxopt is not part of the base group.
