(Spyder via Python(x,y)) Python files are associated to Spyder instead of to the interpreter

Hello, I have installed Spyder, through Python(x,y), on Win 8.1,
and when I'm trying to do something through the command prompt, eg.
and when I'm trying to do something through the command prompt, eg.
django-admin.py startproject testsiteit opens django-admin.py in the editor of Spyder, instead of running it.
How can I disassociate them?
