Minutes of meeting from PyCon Pune 2017 Thursday Weekly meeting [2016-11-10]

Hello,

Below is the PyCon Pune 2017 Thursday Weekly meeting [2016-11-10].

* Around 15 people joined the meeting at Red Hat, Pune office for Python Pune Meeting 2017.

* The meeting started with the introduction of all the volunteers and updates from previous meetings.

* For better task distribution and visibility of the work, we are using https://github.com/PyConPune/2017/issues to create tasks.

* Each github issues defines a task and each having assignee, who is working on that

For example: 

Task Description : Contact local user groups for presence during PyCon

Assigned to : Chandan Kumar

* Anyone can help on any of the tasks by commenting on it and calloborating with the assignee on irc #pyconpune or pythonpune mailing list.

* Below is the major goals before upcoming meeting:

- Improve social media publicity for CFP

- Contacting local python user communities for their presence during PyCon

- Getting website updated with Talk selection volunteers and Local accomodations details

- Get registration link up

- Get Sponshership Doc out.

The next meeting is happening on 17th Nov, 2016 from 03:00 P.M. to 04:00 P.M. at Red Hat, Pune.
