Error while installing pulsar on Windows

Hi,

I'm trying to install pulsar using pip, but during the installation the following error appears:

AttributeError: module 'signal' has no attribute 'SIGQUIT'

Is there any way to solve this issue?

Please, open an issue in github.

Unfortunately I don't use windows, if you have a patch that fixes the issue it is welcomed and will speed up the process.
