Pulsar 1.0.0 is finally out!

Pulsar 1.0.0 is now available

* First major release marked as Stable-Production in PyPi.

* Dropped support for both python 2.7 and python 3.3 and as a consequence pypy

* Dropped taskqueue application

By dropping python 2.7support, pulsar has become much faster, especially when using several nested coroutines.
