pulsar 1.4.0 is out!

Hi everyone,

Today I've released pulsar 1.4.0, the first version of the 1.4 serie!

Pulsar 1.4 is broadly compatible with the 1.3 serie with two exceptions:

* The redis asynchronous lock has a slightly different behaviors with the blocking flag

* The django pulse application has been removed from the distribution and put into its own repository https://github.com/quantmind/pulsar-django

Several bug fixes and enhancements are also included.

If anyone is willing to look after https://github.com/quantmind/pulsar-django I'm very happy to make you the mantainer of the project!

I don't use django and therefore it makes sense to have a user looking after the repository.
