Hi everyone,

Today I've released pulsar 1.3.0, the first version of the 1.3 serie.

Pulsar 1.3 has dropped support for python 3.4 and it has introduced the new async/await syntax in the whole codebase.

Several API fixes are also included including an upgrade of the Async HttpClient to be as close as possible to python requests.
