Dear Lazy Web,

Is django-rest-framework still the best REST plugin for django?  Are there alternatives?

What's bad about django-rest-framework?  It does support "API key" authentication, right?  In cases the client is "stateless" (i.e. no session support)?

Thanks.

Yup, DRF is pretty good. Very full featured. Supports multiple auth mechanisms out of the box, including token based. The other plus is that a lot of SPA frameworks have plugins to work with rest framework.
