If i want to use python in ubuntu using html?

Siddharth,

It sounds like you want to work with Python but don't want to install anything on your Ubuntu computer. There are many free IDE's for Python. Python Fiddle is a good one (http://pythonfiddle.com/) or you can look for others (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=web+based+python+editor). 

The web based editors are pretty but most installs of Ubuntu come with Python installed you can check by opening a terminal window and running "python --version" which will tell you if it's installed and what version you have, you can edit the scripts with any text editor. Gedit should be installed by default on Ubuntu.
