How to use python-for-android?

Hi 

I found this on the Internet when I was trying to make an app in Python, I don't know how to use it so can someone explain it to me?

I don't know how to use Python 2 I only know Python 3 so is it possible to program in this? Also I own a raspery pi which I use to program.
