new release v0.3.2

After years of laziness, I've shovelled together a new release just by merging everyone's pull requests.

I only just installed a Windows partition the other night though, and haven't actually gotten around to running it (or the tests) on Windows, which is the only OS that matters for Colorama.  I understand one of the tests is failing. YMMV.
