[L0] How to start? What to code?

I can only see this image on my screen and can't understand what we have to code or what 2 raised to 38 means here or what  change we need to bring in the url.

Can someone shed some light on this and explain to me, what exactly is the problem given here that needs to be solved using code?

PS- I'm new at recently learnt python and have know C programming.

you have to find the value of 2**38 and then replace the "0" in the url with the value of 2**38.
