to Python Challenge

I have a few hints for this challenge since I feel it had some misleading artifacts and clues... and there aren't many hints posted.  I don't think I'm giving away too much - just some general ideas of how to approach it.

1) I used the PIL library.  It or something similar is probably required to solve it
2) The image for L9 is more of a general clue about the solution approach.  There doesn't seem to be anything relevant about the specific picture or pattern from the image on the problem, but the general idea of the image suggests what to do with the data.
3) Take some guesses of how you might organize the data in First and Second to make something useful.  I got a solution after a few random tries at how the data might represent something useful.  I felt like there wasn't much guidance... try some simple ideas, look at the results and should find it.
4)  I know I solved the programming component correctly, but what you get from "first" and "second", is not going to result in generating the actual web address you're supposed to find.  Just look at "first" and make a list of 5 closely related words closely related, and you will probably get it.

This is the first one that I solved, but then had to cheat.  After seeing the answer, I think the clues are not a great representation of the answer.  It's kind of like giving a clue of....  "child + ears = ?" and expecting people to come up with "girl" as the obvious answer.  Like I said before, just make a list of words related to 'first' just like I might start with 'child' and make a list of kid, boy, girl, person, youth,... and it will be within the first 5 of most people's list.
