Release 0.9.1

Hi all,

CFFI 0.9.1 was released today. This is a bugfix release that only
concerns versions of CPython 3.4 older than last August, on
non-Windows platforms.

https://bitbucket.org/cffi/cffi/issue/183/cffi-09-not-building)

Also, the .tar.gz should no longer contain some of my non-checked-in
scratch files...
