Getting below error. I cannot use PIP as i dont have connecitivty to internet.

v2nds-is:/home/oamsys/cffi-1.8.3 # python setup.py install
compiling '_configtest.c':

int some_regular_variable_42;
unable to execute gcc: No such file or directory

    No working compiler found, or bogus compiler options
    passed to the compiler from Python's distutils module.

can you please help to resolve this issue?
