libffi is a different project than cffi. The latter assumes that
there is a libffi pre-installed, which you can install in the normal
way for your operating system (unless you are on Windows, in which
case there is a version of libffi tweaked for Windows included with
cffi). For more information, you should google "libffi
your-operating-system" or check the source at
https://sourceware.org/libffi/ .
