CFFI 0.8.1

Hi all,

I've collected a few small fixes in CFFI into the newest release
0.8.1. Most importantly, this fixes CFFI on Python 3 on OS/X, and
contains some FreeBSD fixes (thanks Tobias). The source archive also
contains win64.obj now, which was present only in the repo.

Thanks to Eli Bendersky for updating the link to his cool project pycparser.
