Who has a admin access of pyBug ?

Hi,

For now, in Belgium, we have now 3 mailing-lists:

1. afpyro-be

2. pyBug

3. bel...@python.org

I propose to merge theses mailing-lists in the only one.

bel...@python.org is the most official, it's handled by PSF.

I'll plan to merge afpyro-be in bel...@python.org during EuroPython sprint code this week-end.

But for pyBug, I don't have admin access.

Could somebody give me the admin access of pyBug ?

I can give admin access of bel...@python.org in return.

Hi Ludovic,

thumbs up for centralising all Belgian python related stuff. I know the admin, Jonas Geiregat, of the google groups account for PyBug. I'm putting him in blind copy as I'm not sure what e-mail adres he has assigned himself to for this group and wether he wants to keep ownership or not.

In any case, at some point he also owned the pybug.be domain name. That seems to be available again. We don't necessarily need to reactivate it again, but I do think we need a central website. I'm happy to buy the domain if that is needed.

Hi Dries,

In fact, I would like to buy python.be but the owner of this domain wants to have 1250E just for the DNS :/

So, I have python-community.be and I can ask to the PSF the be.python.org subdomain.

Concerning the mailing list, that will be really interesting to use bel...@python.org because this one is hosted by the PSF, free and we are two moderators and open to all the emails (not only gmail account).

On this mailing list, we will discuss about the PythonFOSDEM event, and other topics around Python.
