PythonService.java uses deprecated method notification.setLatestEventInfo()

The method notification.setLatestEventInfo() was deprecated in API 11, it has been completely removed after API 22. Are there any plans to overhaul p4a code and make it compatible with current Android releases?

There's an old PR for this that I never got around to looking at. I've been doing a lot of updating p4a for compatibility recently, and I do hope to get to this soon.
