0.7 PRs ? last call

statespace models are in master, so there are only a few more days of
work left before an 0.7rc.

I'm still able to merge PRs that don't look "dangerous". So, if you
still have something that should go into 0.7, it's in the next two
days or it will be for 0.8 (which should be just a few months away).

There are also still some open issues for 0.7 which could be solved
with a relatively simple PR, but the large majority of open issues
will just be forwarded to 0.8.

Thanks Paul, concentrate on ROS

qqplot is already assigned for an early 0.8 merge. It has some changes
in behavior for users, it's a popular function, and I'd rather do the
changes at the beginning of a release cycle, so users and we have some
time to adjust.
