any release coming?

Dear statsmodels fellas,

I just wondered about your release plans?  I need to attend to
statsmodels in debian, and ATM we still carry 0.6.1 in there for
about 1.5 years... Debian will start freezing for the next stable
release later this year (see https://wiki.debian.org/DebianStretch for
brief details).  So ideally it would be awesome to have some fresh
release sometime before the end of this summer to iron it all out to
avoid freeze madness ;)
