Quantile dotplot

This could be a nice to have instead of plotting continuous curve after KDE.

One can plot quantile dotplot.

Speaking of dotplot, the normal one as existing in the code. There is no doc on the website for this.

Looking at the doc code, it seems like one just need to call the file in graphics.rst
