setLogMode and data points on Y axis

Hello,
I'm lost setting setLogMode for y axis. May be the same problem is for X axis.
I've a list of points:
self.s3.addPoints(x = [1, 2, 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10], y = [0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0])
As shown in the attached image points don't match ticks.
I'm lost setting setLogMode for y axis. May be the same problem is for X axis.
