Control multiple LinearRegionItem using keyboard

Hi,

i want to add multiple LinearRegionItems to a plot and controll them using the keyboard.

<left> and <right> key to move the region and <ctrl> + <left> and <ctlr> + <right> to increase / decrease the size of a region. 

Regions have to be selected / focused by left click before they can be modified. 

I know i can catch keyboard and mouse events from plotItem.vb but I do not know how to detect which region is00 currently selected / focused. 

Any ideas?
