Package name request

Hi,

Are any of the PyPI admins here? I opened a ticket on https://sourceforge.net/p/pypi/support-requests, but it seems that the site has been unmonitored for a long time. 

I'd like to claim a package name that has no associated content at all, but could not be accessed for some reasons.
