Bitness of wheel package naming

Hi,

Python 3.5 introduced a new naming for extensions:

Should the same behavior be considered in wheel and pip?

For now wheel files looks like:

PackageName-1.0-cp34-cp34m-linux_x86_64.whl
PackageName-1.0-cp35-cp35m-linux_x86_64.whl
