pcreate: setting dir for templates

I'd like to keep my templates separated from the pyramid bundled ones.

Templates are looked up via setuptools "entry points" (in a group named
'pyramid.scaffold') -- you need to install a project distribution which
registers them into the virtualenv you are using. E.g., see:

You can create your own scaffold package, see how I created mine:

https://github.com/bertjwregeer/pyramid_scaffoldx

This can then be installed into a virtualenv, and will be available under pcreate -l
