Deform 1.X-branch roadmap?

It looks like 1.X-branch of the deform repo is a continuation
after the release of deform 0.9.9.

Is it the intent of the project managers to release deform v1.0
to PyPI in the future?

If so, is there a roadmap for it?

For comparison, here's the deform 2.X roadmap, although it
requires Twitter Bootstrap v3.

There's no roadmap for anything involving Deform, sorry. It's totally
up in the air.
