New release of WebError, meet version 0.12

Hey all,

I have pushed an updated version of WebError with the CSRF token fixes that had been languishing in the bug tracker for a while now.

Any PR’s that are fairly simple and can easily be verified to work correctly I will merge and release as necessary. I am however NOT maintaining the project, and no new features or additions will be added.
