Announce: Puppet Server 2.3.2 Available (SECURITY)

Hi all, hot on the heels of yesterday's releases 
we have a new Puppet Server release up today: 2.3.2.

This is primarily a security fix which addresses a 
LOW RISK (3.5 CVSS3 score) security hole described at:
