To perform well in this |

position, individuals must have knowledge of Software Design Patterns, |

Test Driven Design, Agile Software Principles, Web System Architecture |
|
|

and Design, Content Management Systems, Web Programming |
|
|
|
Languages, Requirements Specification, Software Testing and Production |
|
|
|
System Support and Troubleshooting. Position requires expert knowledge |
|
|
|
in Drupal and knowledge of variety of web applications and programming |
|
|
|
languages would be a plus to utilize these tools in proposing solutions for |
|
|
|
customer projects. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Experience |
2 - 4 years’ experience using Drupal to build web site / web based |
|
|
|
application. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Desired Education |
Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent |
|
|
& Profile |
experience) / MCA/ BE in Computers/ BSC IT |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Required Skills |
1. |
Expert with Drupal 7.x, including administration, development, |
|
|
|
module management. |
|
|
2. |
Experience with a previous version of Drupal will be a plus |
|
|
3. |
Strong experience leading and managing the day-to-day |
|
|
|
operation of Drupal based projects involving distributed |
|
|
|
development and designer teams. |
|
|
4. |
In depth understanding of Drupal development using existing |
|
|
|
components (taxonomies, content types, themes, views, and |
|
|
|
contributed modules), the underlying functionality (e.g., Forms |
|
|
|
API, Entities, the Database Layer, and the renderer) and how to |
|
|
|
use both in custom module development. |
|
|
5. |
Experience with LAMP stack based applications (Wordpress, |
|
|
|
Joomla, Gallery etc.). |
|
|
6. |
Extensive PHP, MySql experience. |
|
|
7. |
HTML (HTML5 preferred), CSS, JavaScript, XML, RSS and |
|
|
|
content syndication. |
|
|
8. |
Previous experience implementing Responsive Web Design, |
|
|
|
preferably under Drupal will be a plus. |
|
|
9. |
Ability to implement and analyze metrics such as usability testing, |
|
|
|
experience with Google Analytics will be a plus. |
|
|
10. |
Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail and |
|
|
|
customer service oriented, good interpersonal skills. |
|
|
11. |
Familiarity with bug tracking and version control software |
|
|
12. |
Experience managing technical distributed development teams of |
|
|
|
4-6 developer. |
|
|
13. |
Ability to quickly prototype and build Web / front-end apps using |
|
|
|
cutting-edge technologies. |
|
|
14. |
Familiarity with Git and Github or BitBucket and Acquia Cloud will |
|
|
|
be a plus |
