Followers don´t get e-mails

I published my blog last week and have a few subscribers now (including myself). At the first try I received information, that there is a new post available. But it took hours (not as feedburner says 2-10 mins.). Now it doesn´t work at all anymore. Noboday gets an e-mail that there is a new post. I have added the follow by e-mail Gadget in my blog, I got the e-mai from feedburner that I subscribe and I got the verification e-mail von feedburner. But it still doesn´t work. Any ideas where the error might be.

What delivery schedule and timezone do you have selected in your 

feedburner settings in publicize / Email Subscriptions / Delivery Options ?

I set my timezone on both blogs to GMT+1:00 Berlin, I just checked with feedburner and there is still the setting on pacific time. Maybe that was the problem, I will check that out, have changed it on feedburner to GMT+1:00 Berlin also. Thanks so much for your help
