Daily email sending out later than schedule

I've noticed that the daily email is now, here and there, not sending on schedule. I have the time under "Delivery Options" set to 7:00-9:00 am. But today the email went out at 12:08 pm. I never experienced this problem until recently. Is there anything that could be done about it?
