Hello,

Some weeks ago I published in my feed an item with images (with absolute url), some css and div tags to give that entry more visual attraction. What happened next is I couldn't send the update to my subscribers by email.

I deleted that entry and I published another one with simple text (like always), waited some days/weeks and still I haven't been able to send any update.
  • I checked the FeedMedic and everything is ok.
  • I pinged several times my feed (http://feeds.feedburner.com/...)
  • I validated my rss with Original Feed Validity and FeedBurner Feed Validity and everyone says "This is a valid RSS feed."
  • I resync many times
I'm searching all the information in Internet and everything seems to fail. I don't know what else do. I wanted to contact some Feedburner technical support but the only support is this forum.

Anyone can give me bit of help how to solve this issue?

It's a really pitty leaving without updates my thousands of subscribers.

Many thanks in advance

Hello again,

After many times removing and creating from zero the xml file of my rss I have been able to receive the email of my updates finally!  I can say this issue has been solving after trial and error.

There is a problem now: There is a huge space between the first header line and the content of the first element of the feed (That I fitted in a table).
When i check in my web email reader the html source I see the following:

HEADER LINE OF THE FEED
Posted: 03 Jun 2016 07:00 AM PDT
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<table>
CONTENT OF THE FEED
</table>

Anyone knows how to fix it? In my feed there isn't any BR tag. Depending of the web email reader service (Gmal, Yahoo, Hotmail) that space is bigger or shorter

Well, (still) not knowing your URLs (Feedburner Feed Address, Original Feed) ,
hard for anyone to have a look-see.
On the website itself, what does the HTML in that section of the page look like ?
