still cant setup feedburner susbcribe

i have looked at the previous steps but i still can set mine up, i get the email has not been activated when i susbcibe. The theme am using came with an inbuilt feedburner widget and i don't know where i can find that on"window thing in the sidebar.php, i could not see it, please this is the link to my website www.thechrishandlershow.com see if u can help me
